To report schedule changes, please email us at lesrooster@one.fit. To ensure that we can process this on time for every partner, we have drawn up a number of rules.
Rules for communicating schedule changes:
AVAILABLE SPOTS
Provide the number of spots per class available for OneFit no later than 14 days before the first of the next month. Send this in one overview by email to lesrooster@one.fit. Tip: you can use the monthly data insights to see how you can optimize your timetable.
Pay attention! If you are late in communicating the number of available spots, we can only process them the following month. It is not possible to shift the number of spots in the meantime. The Operations team will add the fixed number of spots for at least one month.
If you do not submit any changes, we assume that everything remains the same.
NEW CLASSES
Are you planning to offer a new class? Please indicate this at least 14 days in advance via lesrooster@one.fit. Classes will be scheduled no earlier than two weeks ahead. *
What do we need:
- Name of the new class
- Class description
- Location of the class
- Start date of the new class
- Day(s) and time(s)
- The number of spots for the class
