- How can I respond to reviews?
This can be done by logging in to the partner portal (https://partner.one.fit/login). You can select ‘Reviews’ at the menu on the left, where you can view all reviews. You can then respond to a review by clicking on it.
Once you have answered a review, the answer automatically appears under the posted review on your OneFit page.
- Can I contact a OneFitter who left a review?
We can not provide contact details of our members due to the privacy legislation. We do however advice to respond to the review so other members can see that you do appreciate the feedback.
- Can I delete a review?
Reviews cannot be removed. Deleting reviews is only possible if the review contains offensive language. If you want to have a review removed for this reason, you can contact partners@one.fit.
- Can OneFitters see the reviews and ratings of my location?
Yes, all our members have insight into the reviews and ratings when they search for a class via our app or website. If members search for a class they will see the total score of your location.
