How does the late cancellation feature work?

If a OneFitter is unable to attend a class they are able to use the late cancellation feature to cancel the class even after the cancellation period has passed, up to 60 minutes before the class the fee is € 5, within 60 minutes the fee will be €10.

This way, his/her spot is available for other OneFitters and can be filled again by someone else. 

A late cancel can be found in the booking overview for that day behind the name of the member. Instead of the check-in time, "late cancel" is indicated. 

The purpose of the late cancel is to ensure your classes won't be unexpectedly empty. This feature is live but still under development and we are therefore, constantly optimizing the feature. The intention is to have this feature developed as optimally as possible for you as a partner.
