As soon as a OneFitter does not check-in on their made reservation, we are dealing with a so-called "no-show".
For the payout of no-shows we follow the 5% rule; no-shows are not paid within this 5%. If the number of no-shows exceeds 5% of the total number of expected reservations, the no-shows above this 5% will be paid at the agreed check-in rate.
What is new is that the no-show calculation now also include the late cancellation feature. On your invoice you can find exactly how many no-shows there have been per period if they exceed 5%.
