- How can I see who participated in which classes?
To view which OneFit members will participate in upcoming classes, you can check 'upcoming reservations' under 'check-ins and bookings' in the Partner Portal. To view which OneFit members have participated in which classes, you can check 'check-in history'.
- Where can I find the number of visits?
The visitor numbers can be found in the partner portal under the "check-in History" heading.
- How long in advance can OneFitters book a class?
OneFitters can book their classes up to 13 days ahead. Within these 13 days, members with a Lite membership can have 2 outstanding bookings. Members with an Original or Pro membership can have a maximum of 6 or 8 outstanding bookings.
- What are the agreements regarding cancellation terms?
As a partner, you can choose between a cancellation term of 2 or 8 hours. OneFitters can then cancel without any additional coast a maximum of 2 or 8 hours before the class starts. You can discuss what is best for your location with your Partnership Manager.
- What happens if someone does not show up, but has occupied a place?
We call this a no-show. A OneFit member receives a warning the first time he/she doesn't show up to a class. For every every missed class after that we charge a no-show fee of €10. OneFit compensates a partner for all no-shows above a percentage of 5%. This is calculated per month. The total payed out no-shows will be visible on the invoice.
- Where can I find the no-shows?
The no-shows are currently not displayed in your partner portal. If the no-show percentage in a month is higher than 5%, the no-show percentage of that month and the corresponding payment automatically appears on the invoice. If you would like to receive a specification of the no-shows, please contact your Partnership Manager.
