You can access the Partner Portal via https://partner.one.fit
The partner portal contains the following information:
- Check-ins & bookings
Under check-ins you will find an overview of today's check-ins. The blue check mark shows if and what time the member checked in. All bookings for the next 14 days can be found under bookings. In addition, this shows the status of the outstanding booking when the lesson has started and if this member has not yet checked in. This can be a No-Show, late cancel or no check-in. If you have multiple locations, you can filter by location at the top right.
- Check-in history
In the check-in history you can see the number of check-ins per month (if you have multiple locations it is also to view this per location). You can also view the check-in history at class level by clicking on the month; this allows you to see how many check-ins there were per class. Do you want to know what happened to the reservations for a specific class? Then click on this class to see which reservations have been successful. Do you want this information in an overview? Then use the .csv file. You can download the .csv by clicking on the blue download icon (top right) in the relevant month.
You will find all invoices under the tab "invoices". The invoices are available in the Partner Portal from the 5th of the month. You open and download it by clicking on the invoice. The invoice shows the number of check-ins, and if applicable, the number of additional workouts and the number of no-shows. All visits are paid out around the 15th of the following month based on the agreements made with OneFit.
Here you can find all the reviews that the members have written. By clicking on a review you can see how the review score came about and you have the opportunity to respond to a review. OneFit uses a fair review system. Therefore, OneFit does not delete reviews, only if they violate our terms and conditions.

- OneFitters who visit your location for the first time can be recognized by the star in their profile photo.
- Do you have multiple locations? These can be linked under the same partner portal.
- Open a tab with your Partner Portal at the reception to make the check-in process easier.
- You can request a second login for employees; you can choose to only give them access to view check-ins and reservations.
- The main account has all rights and can view all the items listed above.
