- Where can I find the bookings?
The future reservations can be found on the homepage of your partner portal (https://partner.one.fit/) under "Check-ins & Bookings". Here you can find which OneFitter made a reservation for which class and which time.
- How short in advance can a OneFitter make a reservation and how do I keep an eye on this?
In general, OneFitters can book a class up to 15 minutes before it starts. Although it’s not advised to change this, you can decide to hold another reservation period in consultation with your Partnership Manager.
- How can I tell someone has checked in?
A OneFitter shows a check-in confirmation from the app when he/she enters the location or class. In addition, check-ins are tracked real-time in the Partner Portal. The Partner Portal can therefore be used for verification.
- Can I check in OneFitters myself?
As a partner, you can not check in OneFitters yourself. A OneFitter can check in via the OneFit app. If the app does not work, a OneFitter can get checked in manually by contacting our Community Experience team via firstname.lastname@example.org. The manual check-in is possible up to 72 hours after the start of the booked class.
- Do I need to confirm the check-in of a OneFitter somewhere?
As a partner, you do not have to confirm a check-in of a OneFitter. Check-ins are processed real-time in the Partner Portal. If a OneFitter has checked in via the app, the check-in automatically appears in the Partner Portal under 'Check-ins'. The check-ins per month can be found under 'Check-in History'. The number of check-ins is automatically converted to an invoice that becomes available a few days after the month ends under 'Invoices'.
