The advantage of using a CRM system in combination with OneFit is that the reservations are immediately transferred to the CRM System. So you don't have to keep the OneFit partner portal separate from the CRM system you have of your own members.
In addition, the schedule is automatically imported, the class descriptions are taken over and schedule changes will also be processed automatically, without someone from the Operations team to have to do this for you. Of course, all CRM systems have their own advantages for your own studio, for this we would advise you to browse around and see what is interesting for your studio.
At the moment we have integrations with 9 CRM systems. Public API integrations are Blossom, CTRL+, Bsport, Get Grib and Fitogram; the other integrations are MindBody, Eversports, Virtuagym, and Zingfit. The functionalities differ per CRM system. Please find an overview below:

- What happens after connecting your schedule to our booking system through the MindBody, Eversports, VirtuaGym or Zingfit API?
After connecting our systems, your entire schedule will be imported into our booking system and we define the classes and the exact amount of spots which will be available for OneFitters to book. These spots depend on the negotiations which you made with your Partnership Manager.
Classes that you don’t want to offer on OneFit, will be set to “invisible” for OneFitters.
Note: we can set the exact amount of spots available for OneFitters per class manually, however, we also have to set a standard amount of spots per class that is imported from your schedule to our booking system.
Please note that whenever you add a new class, this class will be imported with the standard amount of spots. If you want to change the available spots, you can sent an email to lesrooster@one.fit
- Daily synchronization and issues that can result from it
Our Mindbody, Eversports, VirtuaGym and ZingFit API's are set up to synchronize your schedule with our booking system every 2 hours. If you don’t make any changes to your schedule, the daily synchronization has no further consequences, besides keeping you and all OneFitters up to date. However, as soon as you make any changes to your schedule, these changes will be automatically imported to our booking system.
- When you change an existing class or a teacher all existing OneFit bookings will automatically be canceled and OneFitters get notified as though the entire class was canceled. Why? The API does not recognize this class as the exact class that we agreed to for the basic schedule.
- When you add a class or a workshop to your schedule that means that they will be imported automatically and the standard amount of available spots (mentioned above) will be assigned. This, of course, has major implications for you because a class or a workshop, which you might not want to be visible to OneFitters, will suddenly show up in our booking system with a standard amount of spots. Please notify us through lesrooster@one.fitif you do not wish to offer a class/workshop for OneFitters so we can cancel it on time.
Our API always imports your entire schedule and applies the rules that we defined for the import. Since the class or the workshop are new to our API, there are no predefined rules for them. That means that they will be imported automatically and the standard amount of available spots (mentioned above) will be assigned. This, of course, has major implications for you because a class or a workshop, which you might not want to be visible to OneFitters, will suddenly show up in our booking system with a standard amount of spots. Please notify us through lesrooster@one.fit if you do not wish to offer a class/workshop for OneFitters so we can cancel it on time. - If a class is canceled, please let us know at least 2 hours in advance so we can make sure the class is also cancelled on OneFit. You can do this by sending a WhatsApp message to +31 20 299 3697.
- Keep us informed about schedule changes to avoid stress and disappointments
As indicated, our API works automatically and independently. As long as no changes are made to the schedule, there is nothing to worry about and no extra work is involved. However, let us know when something changes in your schedule or when you add classes. This way we can prevent problems.
