As an exclusive partner you offer your classes exclusively to one online workout platform, namely OneFit. Your gym/studio is not permitted to enter into partnerships or agreements with companies or platforms that compete in any way with OneFit’s Business. This includes all companies and platforms that offer access to sports activities, regardless of their form and whether this is done locally, nationally or internationally.
